Pit Admission
Regular Race Nights & Special Event Race Nights
If a race is cancelled due to rain prior to the completion of four races, spectators must keep the whole pit armband and upgrade them at the next race during the 2009 race season only. No exceptions will be made and no refunds will be given, no matter the circumstances. South Buxton Raceway (2020177 Ontario Ltd.) is not responsible for lost or stolen armbands.
If a race is cancelled due to rain after the completion of four races the race night is deemed complete. No refunds will be given, no matter the circumstances; no exceptions will be made.
Grandstand Admission
Regular Race Nights
If a race is cancelled due to rain prior to the completion of four races, spectators will need to keep their issued grandstand admission ticket and redeem it for admission to any regular race night during the 2009 season only. Grandstand admission tickets may be applied to a special event admission price with the balance owing to be paid. Spectators must hand in the grandstand admission ticket stub issued to them in order to receive a new grandstand admission ticket. No exceptions will be made and no refunds will be given, no matter the circumstances. South Buxton Raceway (2020177 Ontario Ltd.) is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Special Event Race Nights
If a race is cancelled due to rain prior to the completion of four races, spectators must keep their issued grandstand admission ticket. Grandstand admission tickets may be used for admission to any special event race night or as equivalent for admission to any regular race night during the 2009 season only. Spectators must hand in the grand stand admission ticket stub issued to them in order to receive their new grandstand admission ticket.
