Proceeds from all of these events will go towards paying for the cost of repairs left behind the vandalism spree last weekend. Not only were several pieces of equipment damaged, the track’s riding lawn mover, valued at over $4,500, was stolen.
After the damage repair bill is paid, leftover funds will go towards enhancing and expanding the security camera system.
Track race director Doug Leonard and Junior Fan Club organizer Amy Dale are overseeing the finances for these fundraisers.
Anyone who has information on the vandalism incident is asked to call Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
