Sprint race fans are in for back-to-back weekends filled with excitement at South Buxton Raceway.
The Can-Am Topless Sprint Car Championships will be at South Buxton Raceway this Saturday night.

The Ontario Topless Sprints series hosts cars from the Michigan Traditional Sprints and Buckeye Outlaws in back-to-back Canadian shows this weekend for the first two events in the four-race Can-Am championship.
The sprints will head east to Humberstone Speedway in Port Colborne on Sunday.
The Can-Am Topless Sprint Car Championship series heads across the border to Tri-City Speedway in Auburn, Mich. (just north of Bay City), for the final two dates on June 21 and Aug. 16.
Dain Naida of Tecumseh, Mich., won the inaugural Can-Am championship last July at South Buxton, leading all 25 laps.
Mark Cassella, from Weirton, West Virginia, was second, while Joe Bares, from Traverse City, Mich., finished third, followed by Rick Wilson, from Joyceville, Ont., and Newmarket’s Dick Mahoney rounding out the top five.
Tilbury’s Kyle Patrick finished 10th and Chatham’s Eric Jamieson 12th.
Special Event Pricing No 1. is in effect for this Saturday - $15 adults (17-59); $12 seniors (60-over) and teens (13-16); $7 children (6-12) and free for kids 5-under. The pit admission is $25.
On Saturday, June 22, the Patriots Sprint Tour will be at South Buxton for their Mid-Season Canadian championship, as the Patriots will be joined by sprints from the Southern Ontario Sprints and Ohsweken’s Corr-Pak Sprint Series for a big night of open-wheel winged action here at South Buxton.
And the fun continues with the TUSAC Mod-Lites coming to town on Saturday, June 29.
All of South Buxton’s regular classes - the Schinkels Gourmet Meats UMP Modifieds, UMP Late Models, Windride Transportation Sport Stocks, Tirecraft Mini-Mods and the Bombers - will be scheduled all three nights, giving fans six exciting divisions of dirt-car racing on back-to-back-to-back Saturday nights at South Buxton Raceway.
